July 2021 Water and Sewer Bills

PLEASE NOTE Water and sewer bills sent out the week of June 28th, 2021 included a clerical error on the sanitary sewer rate. Residents may do one of two options:

1. Pay the amount requested, and a credit will be issued to next month's bill; or

2. Starting Monday, July 12, call Village Hall at 815-624-7600 and ask Jean for the corrected amount.

*This only applies to residents west of Dorr Rd. Residents east of Dorr Rd. are serviced by the Rock River Water Reclamation District for sanitary sewer.
