Stormwater System

The Clean Water Act requires the Village of Rockton to implement and maintain a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System, a program otherwise known as MS4.

 

The Village of Rockton is one of many founding members of the Rock River Watershed Group, and actively participates as a stakeholder in the organization. The goal of the group is to preserve and enhance water quality along the Rock and Kishwaukee Rivers in Northern Illinois.
