The Village of Rockton has partnered with Payment Service Network (PSN) to offer online bill payment for water and refuse bills. Using PSN, you can now use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or online checks to pay your Village water and refuse account.



PSN also offers a utility payment app for mobile devices. Download "PSN Payments" form the App Store or Google Play for utility payments only. You must register online before being able to use the mobile app. The app is free.



To pay your water and refuse bill, call 1.877.885.7968. On the first call, you will register with PSN's automated phone payments system so that future payments are just 3 steps.



Before you begin filling your pool and/or hot tub, you must schedule a water meter read with the water department by calling the Water Clerk during normal hours of operation (Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm). You must call at least one day in advance of your desired filling date. Meter reads will occur during normal hours of operation. The account must be in good standing to receive a pool or hot tub credit on the sewer portion of the utility bill.

*You may only receive one pool fill credit per season! The Village no longer allows multiple instances of sewer credit to occur over the course of a season. If additional credit is desired, you must purchase and install the proper deduct meter and equipment.*
